I just love Gadgets! I bought a Nike+ Ipod Sport Kit yesterday. This is a cool little gadget. I put the sensor in my new Nike shoes, plug in an receiver into my Ipod and it tracks how far and what my pace is. Then I can load it all into the Nike Website and it tracks my progress. On the right side column of this blog I have loaded the Nike summary, Tom's and my first run data with the sensor is logged. Pretty darn cool if you ask me. Although now, you will know if I don't get off my lazy butt and exercise. uh, oh! ;o)
